My life basically revolves around my amazing wife (Audrey) and my 3 amazing kids (Asher, Laney & Mack). Beyond that, I love people, business / entrepreneurship, technology, golf, massive beards, and freshly roasted coffee. I'll admit, I love reality TV (yes, even the bachelor / Bachelorette), Sunday afternoon Golf on TV.

I got my first taste of entrepreneurship from 1999 - 2002 when I dabbled in the music biz by promoting concerts in West Michigan. From 1999 - 2005 (yes, I started as an intern while in college) I worked in the insurance industry at a workers comp insurance company. During that time, I was able to experience nearly every position in the company... From Accounting, HR, IT and IS, to Claims, Underwriting, Loss Control, Marketing and finally I landed back in Accounting. I then worked my way up from a Financial Analyst to running the accounting department. It was a crazy ride!

Throughout 2005 and 2006, I spent time as a consultant where I was able to work with a wide variety of companies ranging from $1 million to $2 billion in annual revenues. Sometime near the end of 2006, Audrey and I were asked to move to Florida and help start a church! So, we sold our house, packed up our stuff, bought a house, and moved to Jacksonville Florida. THAT was a crazy ride... I'll tell you the story sometime!

Near the end of 2007, I realized that I had a fairly unique professional experience, having worked with Churches, Musicians and Companies and I was looking for a way to maximize my ability to Love, Serve and Empower people. This is when I launched Dime! At Dime, our goal is to Provide Financial Relief and we do that by Making Money Simple. Basically, we become the entire accounting and administrative arm for Churches, Non-Profits and Small Businesses. Dime is now indirectly impacting millions of people all over the world and I'm so honored to be a little part of what the Lord is doing in the churches, non-profits and companies we work with.

Since starting dime, and over the last 10 years, I've had some amazing opportunities to financially and operationally invest in many different opportunities. These opportunities include commercial real estate as well as many small businesses (credit card processing, IT, co-working, software development, and professional services to name a few) and I'm always looking for more.

Whelp, that's me! I'm exactly where God wants me to be and I can't imagine a better God, life, family or friends.
