So, how do you write an “about me” page?  Who knows!  Here’s my attempt…

I exist to love and serve God and People and to empower people to live out the life God has called them to live.

I love God and my family! Below that, I love people, business, entrepreneurship, music, and a whole bunch of other things. From 1999 – 2002 I spent a bit of time in the music biz promoting concerts in West Michigan. That began my interest in entrepreneurship! After several years of “working for the man” in seemingly lofty positions, in 2004 I started a small printing company, “on the side”. A couple years later, I sold it and made bazillions of dollars! Just kidding. Actually, it was a small little “side” company and I ended up selling everything and just getting out. Hey, at least I didn’t LOSE money on my first company! Throughout 2007 I was a consultant and got to work with a bunch of companies… From companies with a couple million in revenues to companies with over 2 billion in annual revenues. In 2006 my wife and I moved to Jacksonville, Fl to help start a church! Another amazing experience and a great time of learning and growing. Through that experience, some doors opened up for me to begin working with a bunch of other churches and, in January 2008, I started a company (Dime) which supports churches and non-profits in the financial / administrative world. Because of the unique niche, the company grew rather quickly. We have since expanded our market and are now working with some of the most amazing musicians in the world. We also now have Dime Business Services, which supports for-profit companies of all kinds.
